My phone went countless times on Easter Sunday.
"Are you really having an Open House today?"
"Yes, it is open from 2-4 PM."

We had 10 groups of people through our listing, each group having 3-5 people as whole families came to the Open House. Lots of positive comments on how cute the home at 419 Locust Rd in Wayne looked and how it was move in condition.
Close to the township park on South Devon Avenue where there is Volleyball, Football, Softball, Tennis, and Little League as well as playground equipment for the younger children. Wayne Elementary is close by and access to the Radnor Walking/Activity Trail is a short walk. If you need the train Devon or Strafford stations are both easily accessible. This is a great little starter home in Radnor Township on a quiet street.
Yes it will be Open March 30th 2-4 PM if you were busy with family and did not make it this past weekend.
