Rebate based on 3% commission paid by Seller
We are willing to give a rebate to buyers up to 1/2 % if the seller pays a 3% commission.
If you list with us as well we will reduce the listing commission to 2%
Rebate/Credit payment must be approved by your lender.
Ask when you apply if they can approve the rebate and enter it on the HUD when you close. |
