Prices seem lower this year in Old Forge Crossing. One bedroom units seem to have taken a hit this year with the price dropping into the $160,000's for listing and settlement price. Only units that have been upgraded or have dens are doing better. Two bedroom units seem to also be suffering a little from price stabilization.
There were 24 homes sold in 2007, 26 less than in 2006 so number of days on market has decreased. At the moment there are nine homes on the market, 5 one bedroom units, and 4 two bedroom units. There are also two units that are under contract waiting to settle one one bedroom and a two bedroom.There seems to have been an increase in the number of homes coming on the market after a shortage for a while.

Old Forge Crossing is a condominium complex in Devon, PA. It has over 40 acres of land that contain walking trails, pond and stream, a historic clubhouse, barn, tennis courts and a swimming pool. Monthly fee includes common areas and building maintenance, water, gas for hot water, dryer and cooking, snow removal, trash, fees for clubhouse and tennis. There is a six month condo fee contribution to the capital fund for buyers. Annual sewer charge $200 for owners.
