Establishing yourself in a new area means considering issues such as healthcare.  Excellent healthcare is provided locally through Main Line Health and part of that system includes hospitals such as  Bryn Mawr Hospital, Lankenau Hospital and Paoli Hospital.   There are also teaching and research facilities in the area, so that if you or any member of your family needs specialized care you will find those resources close by.

 If you need childcare services there are resources through online resources that will connect you with local childcare providers.  There are nanny services,  part-time babysitters and daycare centers throughout the area.  There are also local organizations for new residents to the area, working moms, stay-at-home moms, stay-at-home dads and single parents.

 For services geared toward senior citizens or the disabled, the county and city governments offer special programs and services including local transportation.  There are also private organizations providing in-home services, care-givers, and specialized geriatric care.
