Nick is is a director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and actively involved in the Suburban West Realtors Association in several areas such as Realtor Association Education Panel, the Realtor Lawyer Committee, and including working hard to keep the cost of real estate transactions down. Nick is also President of the Berwyn Devon Business and Professional Association Ann Capers is an experienced Realtor® who has recently joined our team. Ann brings to the team over 22 + years of successful real estate experience, with exceptional negotiating skills, outstanding service and a wealth of knowledge. She is a lifelong resident of St. Davids; however, experienced a transfer to and from Chicago and knows the challenges of owning two homes at one time, and moved home to the same street she grew up on.
